Once again, Vinay was an absolute star selling a property of mine that I needed to sell by a certain date to generate the funds to buy another property that I really wanted. Time began to run out, the market was tough, the banks were making it harder to secure finance and, as a result, buyers were few and far between. The situation was starting to look hopeless and I was already considering other options since it was likely that the property would not sell in time. However, Vinay soldiered on and focussed on what we could control instead of what we couldn't. After some smart changes in the marketing of the property, a few potential buyers showed their interest and, with a bit of negotiation, we managed to strike a deal - before the deadline! I was left a very happy man, having sold what I wanted and bought what I wanted. I had moved onwards and upwards, and all with a huge thanks to Vinay! I will definitely use him again and for ALL my Wellington property transactions.
