Vinay doesn’t dwell on problems

We recently sold our property in Lyall Bay using Vinay Kumar, in what turned out to be a very challenging time. Vinay still managed the process like clockwork, and we were very pleased with the end result. We have listed, and sold properties with him in the past, and the reason we keep going back to him is simple.

His level of enthusiasm is there from start until the property is sold, and even beyond. Always trying his best to make sure everyone walks away happy. Vinay doesn’t dwell on problems, but throws his energy into finding solutions. His hands on approach very much helps at a time that can be stressful. He has a good knowledge of a wide range of properties, and locations.

He genuinely appears enthusiastic about the entire process, and for us, has always achieved great results. On that Basis, we would have no hesitation in highly recommending him.
