Firstly thank you for your time, efforts and commitment that you put in the sale of our apartment on Tasman street wellington. We met in 2013 when we purchased this apartment when you were the sale agent at the time.

From our first contact, Janet and I felt comfortable with your approach which developed into a trusting professional relationship. From being both a purchaser and a seller, we thought that you were honest and had the interest of both, the sellers and buyers at heart. From the years of experiences in real estate in the Wellington region, you kept in touch with us with the annual calender which we received and this allowed us to get your opinion about how the market was doing and when was the best time to sell.

As we were living in New Plymouth, you went out of your way to make all possible arrangements on our behalf with the body corporate, and the buyers. You had an excellent and warm ways to communicate and nothing was too much for you. The transaction went smoothly despite some delays with the Lim report.
