We made the right choice to appoint Vinay to sell our property and were incredibly happy with the result. We were contemplating selling the property ourselves but after one phone call with Vinay we knew he would be worth his commission!

Vinay's communication levels were excellent and he kept us up to speed throughout the process. He was also great at following up with everyone who visited the property and sharing feedback with us.

He gave us great advice on presentation and then went the extra mile before viewings to make sure our property was looking its best - he even lit the outdoor candle to create ambience for an evening viewing! We would happily sell with Vinay again and have already recommended him to a number of our neighbours.
