We first meet Vinay in November 2012 and were impressed with his energy. For the next two years we observed his progress with sales in Mount Victoria and noted he had a number of successes. During the period the house was for sale Vinay went the extra mile, tirelessly pursuing interested parties, delivering flyers and provision of a purpose- made brochure for the open homes. Our house sold. From the date of first advertising, until the date of sale, was just 18 days. Vinay managed the open homes and kept us informed. We were very happy with the outcome.
